Martin Camenisch has been involved in industrial relations and negotiations for over 20 years. He has extensive experience in dealing with industrial relations, both in peaceful and conflict-ridden times. He is a specialist in collective labour agreements, social plans, wage negotiations and conflict negotiations with trade unions. He has also conducted commercial negotiations in difficult situations. He conducts negotiations in such a way that you can still work well with your counterpart the next day.

Martin Camenisch is originally a linguist and political scientist. He has an EMBA and has trained in mediation. He is now full-time Co-Head of HR Management at Swiss Post and, in this role, chief negotiator in the industrial relations department of one of Switzerland's largest employers. He is also President and chief negotiator of the Swiss Delivery Industry Association, which brings together all major companies and associations in the delivery industry. He previously held various positions in the Swiss Post Group and at Swisscom, including several years as Head of HR, lobbyist, project manager, specialist in HR and corporate communications
